Objectives

• To provide the North American aerospace industry
  the chance to interact more closely with supply
  chain partners, receive solutions to engineering
  problems and to provide talented, skilled
  employees who are attuned to global aerospace
  issues
• To become agents of change to improve the
  binational logistics practices of the aerospace
  industry through the development of technical
  leaders

• To support the education of M.S. students at
  ITESM and ASU via coursework and internships
• To enhance the ability of the students to work
  with people across borders and with people from
  other cultures
• To enhance the students interest in pursuing an
  international career

Third Cohort Projects

• Step 1 Develop general knowledge on aerospace
  industry
• Initial assignments on various aspects of
  aerospace industry and Mexican supplier base
• Second assignment on logistics practices
• Step 2 Identify individual projects for each
  student
• Work with a company to define and solve a real
  problem
• Measure impact and demonstrate effectiveness of
  solution
