Course Goals

• Understand information systems and technologies
  and their role in business ("know what").
• Develop an appreciation for the rationale and
  principles that underlie decision making related
  to the application management of IS ("know
  why").
• Develop personal skills and relevant to an
  executive without direct IT responsibility ("know
  how").
• Form a broad, high-level perspective on the
  strengths and weaknesses of IS at the corporate
  level and for specific strategic purposes.
• Integrate your prior executive experience into
  the themes of the course and your learning.
