    the effective use of regulation policies and in
    support of enforcement
  • The exchange of intelligence, relating to the
    other countries, gathered as a result of
    enforcement

Form of Cooperation
  • Establishment of channels for exchange of
    information as appropriate, and exchange of
    information on spam, anti-spam measures and
    emerging issues
