the Sound Öresund on the ferries to Denmark.
The trip takes 15 minutes.
Helsingborg is situated in beautiful surroundings
beside the narrowest part of the Sound.
Kärnan, the fortress from the 12th century, is
the most well-known symbol of Helsingborg.

There are plenty of lovely beaches. This is
Tropical Beach.
If you like football you can watch the HIF
(Helsingborg football team) games at the Olympia
stadium
The king, Gustav VI Adolf, had his Summer
residence Sofiero until he died in 1973. The
Park is famous for its rhododendron ravines.
Sofiero was willed to the City of Helsingborg and
is still city property. The schools are situated
close to the castle.
