CommunicationRemember any and every staff is
important in the Case Management process,
especially the forgotten people. For example
ILAs, Logistics staff, and other areas not
directly involved in the training of students.
Most students will bond with someone on Center
and that person or department may have the
missing link to ensure the students success at
Job Corps especially those at-risk students.

  • The previous weeks enrollees are discussed with
    information collected from various departments,
    with interventions assigned (if needed) and case
    management plans established as indicated.

    discussed the previous week - their progress and
    or need for additional interventions.
  • The CHMC will then discuss referrals, formulate a
    case management plan with designed interventions,
    and give feedback/follow-up answer questions and
    provide mini- trainings.
