    uses active probing to estimate avail-bw in a n/w
    path.
  • Based on transmission of Chirps.
  • Measures by probing and does an analysis based on
    segmented regression.

    heavily congestion links.
  • Pathrate 2.1.1 slightly better.
  • TOPP in general functions well in multi-hop
    scenarios.
