• CIC's operation in Hong Kong takes the form of
  CIC Investor Services Limited (CICIS),
  established in 2001 after acquiring the Asian
  private banking business of Bank Austria in the
  same year
• Part of the Worldwide Private Banking Business of
  CIC
• The CIC Group has set up its private banking
  service - Banque Privée in French - that offers
  high-level advice to business owners, senior
  management, professionals and high-net-worth
  individuals
• We have clients from many parts of the world and
  our main focus is in Hong Kong and Greater China
• We offer products and services similar to all the
  other Private Banks in Singapore and Hong Kong

REGULATING AUTHORITY

• CICIS is a licensed corporation regulated under
  the Security and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong
  Kong
• We are regulated as financial advisors and hold
  Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4
  (Advising on securities) licenses
• All our marketing colleagues are licensed
  representatives
• CICIS does not hold clients assets, we book
  everything in CIC Singapore branch
• Clients account are opened in Singapore where
  their assets are being held and are regulated by
  the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
