Communication

• Communication is like a pencil.
• Some pencils are too blunt, others too sharp.
• Some are more colourful, others are black and
  white.
• If you take the wrong end of the stick, you will
  miss the point!
• If you are too aggressive, you will lose the
  point!
• When you have finished writing, you need to read
  it back to make sure you got all the facts and
  there are no errors.
• And sometimes, you have to confront the sharpener
  in order to make a fresh start.
