Internship at TUT

• Internship is a compulsory part of bachelor's,
  engineering and diploma studies and it must be
  completed prior to the defence of the graduation
  thesis. Doctoral and master's study may also
  provide a requirement of internship.
• Internship gives mainly 3 credit points. 1 cp is
  equal from 1 to 3 weeks of internship.
• Commonly, a student shall be responsible for
  finding his/her internship place. The coordinator
  shall be an advisor who, if necessary, will
  recommend practice places and explain and specify
  requirements for a practice place and a field of
  activity.
• Student shall submit the respective application
  form and report (if compulsory) as well as signed
  originals from the practice places certifying the
  practice completed to the teaching staff
  organizing student internship.

of support system in higher education 2005-2008

• The analysis and the mapping of necessities of
  the internship models of higher education
• The creation of the network of internship
  coordinators and the reinforcement of
  collaboration.
• The composition of instruction materials.

Internship in curriculum Chemical and
Environmental Technology

• A practical training of 9 weeks (3 cp) in an
  organization where chemical engineering or
  environmental technology is extensively practiced
  is required on each level of study.
• As a rule, students arrange practical experience
  places in appropriate companies by themselves,
  place and time are coordinated with supervisor.
• After practical training, a formal report is
  required to reflect the work carried out and also
  a short oral presentation is to be presented on
  seminar.
• The contents of the practical training differ on
  each level of study. (bachelor or master level)
