The HCCS Department of Resource Development
supports the college system and its member
colleges and centers in securing external funds
and other resources from public agencies and
private foundations. Emphasis is placed upon
securing funds to enhance the college's mission
and to achieve system-wide priorities. The
department supports the contract and grant
writing activities of the system's faculty and
staff through all stages of the project
development-- from the initial planning through
project completion.
