The Problem Statement
Benchmark 4.3 All schools will maintain quality
hardware and software with adequate capacity and
capability to support successful learning in
classrooms, media centers and throughout the
learning environment.
  • The NJ Department of Education emphasizes the
    need for adequate technology
  • in its Educational Technology Plan.
  • The Lincoln Park Elementary School does not meet
    Benchmark 4.3 of the Plan.
  • Equipment is outdated and/or nonfunctioning.
  • This causes difficulty when integrating
    technology.
  • Students are unable to achieve the full
    potential of learning with technology.
