Bridge to the Future

• The new building has provided a milestone
  opportunity to develop new ways of operation
• New styles of training delivery
• Engagement of younger students (Y Gen) in a
  different way
• Enhancement of training by the use of new
  technologies

Preparation

• More than 60 of the full time staff within the
  BC area have been actively engaged in one or
  more of the professional development programmes
  run through the TAFE Development Unit over the
  past two years.
• As well as a separately funded project through
  the TAFE Development Centre.
