Conclusions
Pending continuing analysis of data
Reasons for difficulties were as much, if not
more, to do with pedagogical issues as they were
technological
Technology highlights the issues, they are
visible, recordable and allow observable data for
reflection and evaluation.

Technology alone does not appear to enable
collaboration
It requires clarity and new skills in working
with it
Development of e-COMMUNICATION skills, not just
how to work the technology
