Waltz Across Texas

• Our plan is to Walk across Texas, Starting from
  Galveston to Beaumont and then to El Paso
• Each week we will add up everyones miles and
  tell you some fun facts about each town as we
  travel through them.
• Once we have walked across Texas, we will have a
  HUGE Celebration to Celebrate our Stars!

Waltz Across Texas

• Our Ultimate goal is to increase the amount of
  steps you use by 200 per week
• 15 minutes of activity will equal to 1 mile
  (acceptable activity list to come soon)
• When you use the fitness room on the 2nd floor
  during work hours you will earn DOUBLE miles!!!

Team Relay

• We will have Departmental Teams If you have a
  larger department then maybe you can have more
  than one team. Each team should have 5-7 people.
• Each Team should make a Departmental Spirit
  baton.
• We will have a relay every other month.

• We will have a team member at each different
  point..
• 1st floor mapped area to the stairs by the
  cafeteria
• 1st floor stairs to the 2nd floor
• 2nd floor mapped area to the stairs by the CLS
  Lab
• 2nd floor stairs to the 3rd floor
• 3rd floor mapped area to the stairs by Nursing
• 3rd floor stairs to the 4th floor
• 4th floor mapped area to the elevators to
  celebrate!!
