Nano Calla Lily
Nano, to the world a synonym of cutting-edge
technology, reveals itself another side touching
upon the primitive and essential value of the
worldnature. The scanning electron
micro-scopy image represents single-crystalline
wurtzite indium nitride (InN) nano Calla Lilly
synthesized via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)
process, using pure indium and a high efficient
nitrogen source, hydrazoic acid (HN3). The
