  leadership, and building on the opportunities of

Health Sector Reform (HSR)

• HSR team helps DELIVER staff respond effectively
  to situations in which health reforms impact
  their work by providing information and analysis
  about recent developments related to HSR
• Works to expand knowledge about the impacts of
  HSR on logistics systems and primary health care
  product availability

HIV/AIDS

• Strengthen commodities logistics and to ensure
  the availability of essential HIV/AIDS products
  at service delivery points

Monitoring and Evaluation

• The Monitoring and Evaluation Division of DELIVER
  focuses on
• Assessing the performance of logistics systems
• Monitoring the progress of health programs in
  improving commodity availability to clients
• Evaluating the impact of DELIVER's technical
  assistance in achieving its strategic objective
  (ensuring product availability at the service
  delivery points)

NEWVERN

• A contraceptive procurement system for funding,
  production, shipping and inventory management.
  Originally developed in 1989, it continues to
  enable the Contraceptive and Logistics Management
  Division (CLM) of the USAID Office of Population
  to manage its worldwide contraceptive
  distribution program.
