- Huntsville Center is a reimbursable organization

began in 1967 as Huntsville Division and
supported the Armys Sentinel Ballistic Missile
Defense System. - In the 1980s, Huntsville Division changed from a
design/construction organization to a diversified
hi-tech engineering and procurement organization. - Huntsville Division became Huntsville Center in
1995.
