the complete opposite of Hollywood movies - There is also lots of action, but no blood shed
- Bollywood produces over double the amount of
films per year - In 2003, 877 feature films were released in
Bollywood while the U.S. Hollywood produced only
473 films

- There is no Bollywood Walk of fame like the one
in Hollywood - The average movie ticket price in India costs
0.20 in U.S. dollars and in the U.S. the average
cost 6.41 - Bollywood sells more tickets then Hollywood, but
because Hollywood charges more for a movie ticket
they make more money
