  • Guarantees cannot be offered
  • Flexible approaches are often required
  • Contracts are performance driven
  • Support is provided

  • Smaller providers can end up bigger than PCs
  • PCs and subcontractors need to be confident that
    growth in volumes can be managed
  • Day 1 delivery is crucial no excuses
  • Small / specialist providers need to be selective
    about who they contract with.
