SCHEDULE -- 2006

• Payroll Load Schedule
• June 29 try to finalize all retro salary/funding
• Actual Load Monday, July 2
• If position and FTE are the same in SAP and SRC,
  salary and funding will be loaded to SAP (edits
  min/max cost center validity)
• If different or no data in either system, REJECT
  you must use PA40 to correct.
• OHR will load all Classified staff, according to
  OPM formula

SCHEDULE -- 2006

• ZPYREV input begins Tuesday, July 3
• First biweekly Payroll Monday, July 16
• First Monthly Tuesday, July 23

ZBUDREV

• ZBUDREV to ZPYREV
• Similar to previous years intent is to show
  what was imported and what was not.
• Clear indication of REJECTED with reason given
• Corrective input can begin Tuesday, July 3
• Run ZPYREV now on payroll load, run ZBUDREV to
  compare budget to current (eg, in January 2008)

Enter Transaction

• In SAP, type ZPYREV, Click enter

Click and Go

• You can just click and go no need to entry
  variant or dates.
• Enter org units or SAP IDs if you want.

Report format -- sort order columns

• Sort by Organizational Unit then Employee Name
• HR Current on Left SRC Data on right

Messages far right column of the report

• Percent increase simple calculation, as in
  first record below
• Standard formula used where OPM formula was
  applied to classified employee, as in second
  record below

• REJECTED means that no update was done in SAP
• EE terminated or not in SRC data
• Use PA40 to change salary/center

• Means that some technical error has occurred,
  such as
• Cost center is not valid or locked
• SAP record was open at the time of payroll load

Infotypes updated

• When accepted, new infotypes are created for
  0000, 0008, and 0027

Corrections

• Use PA 40 for
• Salary Change must follow rules for
  out-of-cycle increases
• Funding Allocation
• Position Change
• Future dated transactions are overwritten
