Direct) turned e-Tailer originally established
in 1990, they are now the UKs largest online
store for IT and technology related products,
with 34,000 lines of stock. They process 5,000
orders a day, from 850,000 unique visitors every
month and have sales of STG 118m

Business Model

• Originally a mail order company, now also
