Our Proposal

• Manpower Consulting Charges 8.33 of the
  selected candidates annual CTC excluding
  PF/Bonus/Gratuity all other perks and benefits
  if any across all levels (plus Service Tax as
  applicable, presently 12.36). We do not charge
  the candidates for the placement services
• Payment to be made within 30 days of the
  candidate joining the organization.
• Replacement In the unfortunate event if
  candidate chooses to leave the organization or is
  terminated on the grounds of indiscipline or
  integrity issues within 3 months from date of
  joining a trained replacement would be provided
  from The Lotus Seekers side, without any extra
  charges to the client. This however, would be
  limited to one replacement.
