3- Creation of a Strategic Organization for the
South East Asia - The RCA programme has proven to be an effective
mechanism for increasing regional self-reliance,
fostering linkages and collaboration among its
Member States through consensus. - The RCA has been able to produce tangible output
from projects, despite participation in well
designed the varying stages of development and
diversity among Member States . - The success of the RCA as a reliable regional
framework for cooperation is linked to the unique

5- My assumption on future strategy for
sustainability and development of RCARO. - Our region is dynamic, population, languages,
different development stages, literacy and socio
economy and healthcare (Social indicators) - Conduction of a situation analysis to identify
most viable and important areas as per the RCA
Vision - Strengthening of close collaboration with the
regional stake holders, donor agencies, for
resources and active participation to achieve
common objectives. -

6Strategic Plan should coincide with the
visibility and viability First time in IAEA TC
history RCA became very important by establishing
its own Regional Office in ROK For the RCARO
sustainable Development Strategically important,
regional requirements should be considered.

7Assumption of Nuclear Knowledge base in our
region Some of the RCA countries in the region
could be identified as world leaders in
perfecting nuclear technology How to preserve
manage and distribute the Nuclear Knowledge
should be included in to the strategic plan of
the RCARO. Preserving and enhancing nuclear
knowledge and ensuring the availability of
qualified manpower are vital to all aspects of
human activity related to the continued and
expanded safe and secure utilization of all
nuclear technologies for peaceful purposes.
Preserving and enhancing nuclear knowledge
involves both education and the training for
succession planning and the preservation or
growth of existing knowledge in nuclear science
and technology
