Faculty Focus Groups
  • Distance learning faculty met with eLearning
    staff to discuss audit of courses.
  • Determined that training and understanding of the
    course tools were lacking
  • Faculty were interested in designing their
    courses for improvement

Evaluation Results
  • Numerous evaluations were sent to faculty
    for feedback on training needs. Below are the
    issues reported and addressed
  • Conflict of work schedule and time to train
  • Miss information on the amount of work upfront
    for course design
  • Faculty teaching online had the option to have
    eCollege setup their course by submitting the
    content to eCollege. Most faculty did not know
    or use any other tools that were not originally
    setup.
