2CLASP Aims
- To provide support for all North West Local
Authorities, on the reduction of CO2 emissions
from their own estate and wider local area (with
particular emphasis on the implementation and
progression of National Indicators 185 and 186) - To assist with NI188 on adaptation where possible
- To provide generic training on climate change to
LSPs
