• Upon review of roadways by Arizona County
  Insurance Pool, it was determined that the
  intersection of Ocotillo Road and Flower Drive be
  realigned to intersect at approximately 90
  degrees.
• A right-of-way of approximately 171 x 506 needs
  to be acquired to accomplish the realignment of
  the intersection and relocation of an existing
  cattleguard.
• The acquisition affects one property owner.
