  • 2 exceptions
  • Portage County (Stevens Point) does own borrowing
    lending
  • Marshfield does own borrowing
  • (Others may soon do own borrowing too).
  • Log into My Account to place and view their
    requests

  • Manipulates requests
  • Request Manager
  • Review File
  • (Requests may go directly to first potential
    lender (based on Direct Request Profiles and
    Custom Holdings))

Constant Data
  • Automatically fills information for each library
  • Ship to (address)
  • Ship via (red box)
  • Borrowing notes (we will lend free to those who
    lend free to us)
  • Etc.

Direct Request Profiles
  • For each library
  • (Each has one for books, one for non books)
  • Determine whether request stops at Review File or
    goes directly to first potential lender
  • Work with Custom Holdings
  • Suitable groupings of lenders
  • Set Custom Holdings Path for each profile
  • Work with Constant Data
  • When parameters are met, request goes directly to
    first potential lender.
