The Freestyle

• Freestyle also known as the front stoke
• Involves a flutter kick and an alternating stroke
  of the arms.

The Backstroke

• Backstroke
• Floating on back
• Use same flutter kick as freestyle
• Rotating arms backwards with alternating strokes

The Breaststroke and Butterfly

• Breaststroke
• Frog kick
• Swooping arm motion
• Facing forward pull, kick, breathe

• Butterfly
• Dolphin kick feel stay together
• Move arms simultaneously forward.
• Rolling motion
