• component of an IT system developed under Eureka
  SEFIE project programme.
• (Steelbiz as an Electronic Forum for the
  Implementation of the Eurocodes for Steel
  Construction)
• primarily concerned with the creation,
  demonstration and deployment of an effective IT
  system for Eurocode implementation.

Forum Functionality

• SEFIE Forum
• operates in same way as other online forums
• users have the ability to browse existing
  postings anonymously,
• are required to register when replying to
  messages or posting new messages.
• has a moderator who will block offensive, overly
  commercial or political postings.
• moderator will not give a technical opinion on
  postings particularly on the technical accuracy
  but will have the authority to ban abusive
  users.
