Definitions

• Unavailablemeans in relation to the whole or any
  part of an Availability Unit that one or more of
  the Unavailability Criteria affects or applies to
  such area and the Unavailability has not been
  rectified within the specified Cure Period after
  notification.
• PISmeans the Performance Incentive System
  relating to the Services set out in Schedule 16.
