• Command duty in a non-flying billet for
  designated combat support multi-service agency.
  Command includes four O5/GS-14 and one O4
  subordinate commands. Responsible for contract
  management, production surveillance, engineering,
  quality assurance, and financial services for
  propulsion systems development, production,
  sustainment and overhaul on Army, Navy, Air
  Force, NASA and SUPSHIPS delegated contracts.
