A separate report gives a detailed breakdown for
each chronic disease area
The Overall Summary gives a complete picture of
your practice performance under the nGMS
contract, including income estimates.
The index sheet shows all of the reports
available, and links to documentation
Hyperlinks open the appropriate report, such as
the CKD report.
