Overall Mission
  • To determine if WSISD staff were aware of changes
    in benefits
  • To determine WSISD staffs understanding of the
    changes
  • To ask WSISD their preference for benefit changes
    in the future
  • To understand which benefits were most valuable
    for retention from the staffs perspective.
  • To get direct input from staff

Questions
  • The first question was unnumbered and asked the
    staff member to identify their campus or
    location.
  • The following are the questions and their
    results.
  • There were 331 responses to the survey. Unless
    otherwise noted the reported percentages are
    based on the number of responses out of the total
    of 331.

1. Last year White Settlement ISD provided 5
local leave days for all employees. Currently the
district provides 3 local leave days. Are you
aware that this has changed?
