• Music Videos On-Demand
• BSNL Broadband subscribers have access to over
  50,000 music tracks. These tracks are spread
  across various genres such as Bollywood,
  Devotional, Regional, Punjabi, Ghazals and more.
  The content catalog thus enables the consumer to
  download content as desired. The Videos-on-Demand
  catalog has over 1000 music videos from latest
  Bollywood movies.

• Games-on-Demand is clearly broken up in two
  forms. Casual gaming and Premium gaming. As part
  of the initial Phase I launch, Hungama has made
  available over 120 Flash based Games. These games
  are light (file size) internet browser based
  making them quickly downloadable for play mode.
• The gaming catalog comprises of single player and
  multi-player games allowing BSNL users to play
  and compete with their friends online.

1. Service Tax charges shall be extra as
applicable. 2. Presently the billing of this
service shall be Post Paid. The services shall be
billed as part of Broadband/Basic Telephony
services provided by BSNL. 3. Data download- The
data transaction volumes involved in connection
with Music and Gaming content download usage from
the Hungama portal shall also be added to the
normal Broadband usage of the customer. 4. Change
of Plan- The subscriber may opt for change in
the package and any such change will be effective
from the first of next month.

 Other Terms and Conditions- i) Service Tax

participant will be charged separately, i.e

  other technical resources that are required to
  provide a consumer with their own customized Web

  advantageous because they are outsourced, meaning
  that the physical location of the web server does
  not reside at the consumers premises. By
  outsourcing the Web, the customer effectively
  transfers responsibility for maintaining his
  website to BSNL and obtain access to world- class
  capabilities to control IT functions.

• iv) Charges in excess of free Data Transfer up to
  2 GB Rs 2000/-.
• v) Charges in excess of free Data Transfer up to
  5 GB Rs 4000/-.
• vi) Data Transfer over above slabs will be
  charged in slab of 5 GB Data Transfer.
• vii) Service tax will be extra.
