Interactive Interim Claim

• Uses Excel
• Receive disk with DP application
• Download application onto C Drive
• Set macro security level on Excel to medium

Save a completed form

• When form is completed, press print and save.
• If data validation fails error message.
• When data validation is correct, print form and
  save to completed subfolder.
• File name automatically generated as dossier
  number, plus month and year for claim.
• Form will be imprinted with time and date
• Save hard copy of form in safe place

Email a completed form

• Press the email a completed form button to
  email the form to the Support Unit
• ESU will check form
• If form is correct, SU will email to request
  signed and stamped version
• Send hard copy to SU, ensuring time and date
  imprint matches the electronic version

Minor errors on form

• If ESU needs to make minor amendments, they will
  do this and email form back to you.
• You will receive email with attachment.
• Right click on email attachment and save to c or
  f drive into completed form folder.
• Open the form using application, select open a
  completed form
• If happy with amendments, press print and save
  button and email form back to SU.
• Get hard copy of form signed and stamped and send
  to ESU as soon as possible.

Major errors on form

• If SU cannot correct errors for you, they will
  return form to you with an email outlining the
  errors found.
• Make the necessary amendments and print and save
  form
• Email form back to ESU.
• When SU are happy, they will email requesting
  hard signed copy for form.
