12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth
seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake and
the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and
the moon became as blood 13 And the stars fell
unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her
untimely figs, when she is of heaven shaken of a
mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a
scroll when it is rolled together and every
mountain and island were moved out of their
places.

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men,
and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the
mighty men, and every bondman, and every free
man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks
of the mountains 16 And said to the mountains
and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face
of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the
wrath of the Lamb 17 For the great day of his
wrath is come and who shall be able to

6 Howl ye for the day of the LORD is at hand it
shall come as a destruction from the
Almighty. 7 Therefore shall all hands be faint,
and every man's heart shall melt 8 And they
shall be afraid pangs and sorrows shall take
hold of them they shall be in pain as a woman
that travaileth they shall be amazed one at
another their faces shall be as flames.

18 Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD!
to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is

from a lion, and a bear met him or went into the

14 The great day of the LORD is near, it is
near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the
day of the LORD the mighty man shall cry there
bitterly. 15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of
trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and
desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a

2 For the indignation of the LORD is upon all
nations, and his fury upon all their armies he
hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered
them to the slaughter. 3 Their slain also shall
be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of
their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted
with their blood. 4 And all the host of heaven
shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be
rolled together as a scroll and all their host
shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the
vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree. Isa

2 Before the decree bring forth, before the day
pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the
LORD come upon you, before the day of the LORD's
anger come upon you. 3 Seek ye the LORD, all ye
meek of the earth, which have wrought his

may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD's

12 For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be
upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon
every one that is lifted up and he shall be
brought low 17 And the loftiness of man shall be
bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be
made low and the LORD alone shall be exalted in
that day. 18 And the idols he shall utterly
abolish.

  LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he

  each one for himself to worship, to the moles and
  to the bats
• To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the
  tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD,

9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both
with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land
desolate and he shall destroy the sinners
thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of heaven and
the constellations thereof shall not give their
light the sun shall be darkened in his going
forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to
shine. 11 And I will punish the world for their
evil, and the wicked for their iniquity and I
will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease,
and will lay low the haughtiness of the

SIGN OF HIS COMING Matt 24 29-31
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those
days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon
shall not give her light, and the stars shall
fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens
shall be shaken 30 And then shall appear the
sign of the Son of man in heaven and then shall
all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall
see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven
with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send
his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and
they shall gather together his elect from the
four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
