How to create Haiku Poetry

• Haiku is made up of only three lines
• The first line contains words that make only 5
  syllables in the entire line
• The second line has 7 syllables
• The third line has 5 syllables

Meter, liter, gram

• Meter measures length
• Use the gram to find the mass
• Liter volume, drink

• Length is long, walk there
• How far must you go, get there
• Measured in meters
