These data reveal several deviations from simple
Maxwell behavior, including ? The rate of
decrease of h'(w) with increasing w for larger
w, to the extent of an increase in h'(w) with
increasing w for the data on the less
concentrated Sample ? The increase of J'(w)
above the imputed Js for smaller w for the data
on the more concentrated sample ? It may be
likely that these samples exhibit solid-like
behavior with a Je at smaller w than the
experimental range, and that Jp is truly Js ?
The relatively constant J'(w) is expected with
the Maxwell model, but this may be fortuitous
