What was our problem?
Many of our scouts left their clubs the same year
of their graduation.

Why did they do that?
Because most of them went away to study in
Universities in other towns or in the capital.

What did we do?
We organized some discussions.

• Our feedbeack told us that all these young
  people still wanted to be part of the
  Organization.

The decision ..
We established clubs just for young people of
the rover section.

Now they make the decisions in their club all by
themselves.

There is a coordinator at national level, who
monitors their work.

Or finds more work for those who are being too
active.

What are the results?

• 1. We now have a completely new structure in
  our Organization.

What are the results?

• 2. The rovers there are free to take part in any
  project they find interesting.

• 3. More and more rovers are staying in the
  Organization.

• They are now more motivated to continue with
  their participation in the scout movement!
