• Bids for this project will be opened and read in
  a public forum
• On Tuesday, October 22 at 2 PM in Sacramento in
  Room 100 at 1120 N Street
• Immediately Following Bid Opening
• Bid amounts will be verified
• Preliminary bid results posted at [phone]

• Bid summaries will be mailed to all bidders

Award Process

• Due to project size, this project may take more
  than 30 days to award
• Before awarding a contract, we verify
• Bid is responsive and complete
• Bid security is provided and correct
• All forms are complete and correct
• Contractor is properly licensed
• Verify Compliance with DVBE requirements
• All protests addressed
