The Return on Investment (ROI) is projected at
12 per annum, calculated over a 6 year period.
Note that although the ROI is calculated in US
Dollars, the bulk of the companys operating
costs are delivered in the countrys local
currency.
Should your investment be made in SA Rands, your
ROI will be calculated and delivered in the same.

Bearing in mind that investors can either redeem
their Debentures by the Company after 10 years of
ownership at Face Value, or can sell their

Debenture Owner, at one of the portfolios
exclusive resorts.
Preferential Access is taken in lieu of annual
ROI.
Each Debenture has a Property Ownership
Debenture Value (POD Value), the current issue
of Debentures holds a value of 800 PODs.
Each Villa-Style home in all the exclusive
leisure developments, holds a POD value.
Debenture Owners utilise these POD values to
calculate their preferential access. Any unused
PODs at 31st of December each year will be used
to calculate investors ROI.
Operating Costs of US1 200 per annum per
Debenture ensures the continual maintenance and
delivery of services and standards at each
destination. On calculating the ROI, these
Operating Costs have already been taken into
account in the calculation of the Net Annuity
Income.
