Case 1 tick bite and red rash June 2000

• July 1999 she got a tick bite on her right leg,
  just above the knee hollow at site of the rash on
  picture below that tick was removed, but lost
  in bed, close examination, no other ticks noticed
  ! BUT next day an embedded and quite swollen
  tick was found on her left leg. A week after tick
  removal, a small typical bulls eye rash developed
  at the site of the left leg bite, while only a
  mosquito bite like reaction at the right leg bite
  site !
• June 11, 2000 new tick bite at right ankle,
  developed into a blackish, slow healing ulcer (6
  weeks). June 22, 2000 a red circular rash
  about 10 cm in diameter developed, not at site of
  the fresh tick bite, but at the exact site of the
  old non-reactive tick bite from 1999 !!!Tick
  saliva contain strong immune suppressors was it
  perhaps re-activation of a year long dormant
  Borrelia ?
