  • Pay a one-time residency fee agreement entitling
    you to a continuum of life-time care
  • Monthly service fee covers services and amenities
    including meals, housekeeping and security

Independent Living Communities
  • Often resemble condominium or apartment
    communities
  • Security and maintenance are handled by the
    community
  • Housekeeping and other services may be available
  • Community often arranges recreational and social
    events for residents
  • Most do not offer medical care
