Theft of Gas

• xoserve Theft of Gas Team has completed a
  comprehensive review of its processes. This
  included the determination of a true theft of
  gas.
• Invoicing was also part of this review. The
  following high level procedure is proposed
• xoserve Theft of Gas Team could collate the
  information provided by shippers for proven
  thefts of gas, and provide this information to
  xoserve Invoice Adjustments Team on a monthly
  basis.
• xoserve Invoice Adjustments Team would then
  produce and issue Ad hoc invoices to Shippers
  relating to the stolen gas

Theft of Gas

• xoserve would not intend to invoice for the
  backlog of proven thefts that have accumulated
  prior the the process implementation date.
• xoserve would require some time to implement
  process and send out relevant notifications to
  the Industry
