Introduction

• Spices come from all corners of the globe.
  Various types of spices may be added into our
  food to provide variety in flavour, colour and
  texture.
• Learning Outcomes
• Students will be able to

  spices
• Look into the ancient folklore of various spices
• Determine how they can use their spice in
  appropriate dishes
