• Performance Indicators are not enough.

• We need some references, some totems, some ideas
  which help us to live in our institution.

  quality, continuous improvement, career
  development.

• 5.Helping to change
• Society changes, the demands change quickly,
• but our organisation is not always aware about
  this,
• or flexible enough to adapt itself.

• 6. Only people who work in an organization can
  change it
• Any outside consultant, will change your
  organisation.
• Only a common spirit of change,
• Time to believe in it,
• and a shared mission, will allow the concierge
  to give his best service.
