Milkweed
  • Monarchs butterflies only lay eggs on milkweed
    plants.
  • Monarch caterpillars only eat milkweed.
  • Milkweed is found along roadsides and in fields.
  • When you break the leaves off, a white milky
    looking substance runs out.
  • There are several types of milkweed.
