  • National partners (employers and trade unions)
    agree to organise joint activities, awairness
    campaigns (bipartite approach)
  • Necessity to involve governments public
    responsability on the issue (tripartite approach)

CONCLUSION
  • A healthy industry providing good working
    conditions requires
  • dialogue between employers and unions
  • Support from governments to social partners in
    developing sectorial dialogue European social
    dialogue should be implemented via national
    social dialogue.
