The Process Ahead
  • SDC endorses the work of the Joint Meeting of
    OPL Representatives
  • SDC will strike a task force to further develop
    the concept and prepare a Business Plan
  • Communication to all stakeholders of the OPL
    community

  • Develop Business Plan
  • Draft Business Plan to SDC and PLOs et al for
    comment
  • Business Plan endorsed by SDC for action!
  • Seek buy-in/endorsement of Federation from
    Library Boards
