Presenting symptom

• 73year Indian Female
• Presented with breathlessness, chest discomfort,
  epigastric pain one week
• Left side pleural effusion, clear, lymphocytic
  exudate.
• Known Hypertensive, DM type II, smoker 4
  cig/day/20 years.
• Had past diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.
